i am a nurse, so i do alot of standing, say, 10-13 hours a day....my feet are SCREAMING at me during the day and after, eventually interfering with my sleep.
This item is perfect ! I will bring it with me to work, so when i sit down to do my charting its small enough to put right under the desk and work out my pain ! its simple, lightweight, and lovely !

I use this foot device every day when I get home. It relieves tention and stress from standing on your feet for most of the day. Plus as a bonus I use it on my back also. I'm very pleased with this puschase. Tell the company they make a great product for a good price.

This is a great product! It's so big that I can do both my feet on it at once. Works great!

This is one product I have no problem recommending. It does a great job at getting those painful knots & sore spots on the bottom of your feet at the end of a long day. I bought it for my wife, but I use it just as much as she does.
What else is great about this is that it's not just good for feet. We've used it for sore muscles all over. It really does work great on your back, the legs, even the base of your neck if you lean your head toward your shoulder & hit the opposite side.
The only negative I can think of, and this may be a bit picky, but the base could be a little heavier. Sometimes it doesn't stay planted if you're pressing into it at an angle, but you just move it closer to you and bring your feet straight down on it & it's ok.
Overall, very good product. I want to give it 4 & 1/2 stars ! You will be pleased with the Foot and Body Roller.

The first time I used the Foot And Body roller was at 3:00am after the day I got it. I woke up and my back was KILLING ME!!! So, I put the roller up against the brick work of the fire place, on our FP it has a side that is a full wall. So I stand up with my back against the roller and do shallow knee bends. This rolls up and down your back. Then you adjust it up higher on the back. It loosened it right up after a couple of minutes and I went back to bed, couldn't get back to sleep because I was wide awake at that point, but at least my back stopped hurting. So, I roll before bed and I generally don't need it during the night. I wake up with a lot less discomfort. I also bought the one with the NUBS, but it has not arrived yet.
I gave it a four, but really a 4.5 - 5.
Works great on arms and legs, neck and feet at least for me. I go to the chiropractor every three weeks. So this is something I can do at home everyday to help out.

I bought a number of different foot massagers and this one isn't bad. IMO:The Happy Company 00364 Foot & Body Roller Massaging Fingers does a better job.

I purchased this product after a massage therapist suggested that I get something to loosen up my iliotibial band. It didn't alleviate my problem as I'm still dealing with it, but I can definately feel a difference. I've been rubbing this device along the outside of my thigh for several weeks now and am feeling much less pain and my range of motion is increasing as well. I use this in conjunction with a foam roller and also do IT band stretching exercises. The wooden balls can penetrate where the foam roller cannot but the foam roller covers a wider surface area. I would definately suggest using both if you have IT band syndrome.

Since the device is wooden, you can't put your entire body weight on it.

I ordered this to help relax and stretch out my tired feet. It works pretty well - not amazing, but I can feel a difference after using. Also, sometimes my feet cramp and I've found that this helps get rid of the cramping.

I have been suffering from foot pain from running and cycling for a long time and have been searching for relief. My chiropractor suggested using a roller of some kind to increase circulation and massage my foot muscles. I purchased the foot roller and have been feeling great ever since. I keep it under my desk at the office and roll my feet on it throughout the day. It is great!!!
