This cat toy is just excellent. My kitten has been going absolutely spastic over the Kitten Mitten. If I could get it in a lefty I would, just so I could have two Kitten Mittens to terrorize my cats with. The glove protection is very important. All-in-all, I'd have to say this is probably the best cat toy we've ever had.

I'm not sure if there's one-size-fits-all here, but the mitten is way too big for my hands (which are normal sized). This means that it's difficult to wiggle the fingers, and before too long my fingers begin to ache and I have to take it off.

I'd recommend checking out the size before purchasing.

I bought this right after I adopted my cat from the Humane Society. I enjoyed playing with him, but got tired of being scratched up all the time. I found this and it was perfect! It protected my hand and the cat could still wrestle with it. He wore it out by the time he got tired of playing with it when he was about a year and half old. Perfect kitten toy!!!

My kitten could not run faster from the kitten mitten. And I can see why. It's a somewhat frightening Freddy Krueger/ Edward Scissorhands type contraption that would have no real business in nature. If I saw a giant sized kitten mitten coming down out of the sky at me, I would thing that the Killer Clowns from Outer Space were attacking and I would run too.

My kitten absolutely loves this product. The wiggling fingers and dangling pom poms aren't that enticing to her, but what gets her going is when I grab her with it on my hand and she wrestles, bites, scratches, and kicks at it. She loves to gnaw at the pom poms as I'm "grabbing" at her. The material is pretty thick that resists sharp teeth and claws, but once in a while she will get too excited and I will feel a bite. The glove however is way too big and slips off easily, and my fingers get tired quickly from wiggling them.

No more cat bites and scratches!! This is a great rough-house cat toy! It has saved my skin from being shredded by my fur baby's teeth and claws. In addition, it is virtually indestructible, and there is nothing dangerous on this glove that might hurt your little one should you leave it lying around ... unlike some gloves I've seen that have potentially dangerous little toys attached to the ends of the fingers.

I do agree that the glove is too large for my right hand, and I have to keep pulling it back on, but it does work. I think an added Velco closure would help with that though. Also, I find that when I put it on my left hand (still putting the thumb in the thumb pocket), I get a better fit as it twists the glove a little, and it fits more snugly!!

I think this product was over-rated! I thought that it sounded so perfect, but when I received it, the glove was too big. I have normal to big hands! There is no reason that glove should be that big! Plus, maybe my cat is different than the others, but it scared him to death. He hates the Kitten Mitten.
