ISBN 0763632309 - Printed in China. Age range not stated. With no religious theme, the focus of the book is the simple things that children enjoy about Easter: coloring eggs, hiding them and hunting for them!

Maisy gathers eggs for coloring. She and her friends color them and then Charley hides them for the Easter egg hunt.

The pages are sturdy board, thick enough to withstand some rough handling and easier to grasp and turn than paper pages. They're glossy, too, which makes it easy to wipe away sticky fingerprints. The text is simple to the point of boring for an adult or even an older child, but it is perfect for toddlers. With just a handful of words on each page, and those printed in a large font, this is an excellent book for very beginning readers. The illustrations are typical Maisy. They look like something a talented 5 years old might draw and I think that's part of the attraction for young children. The images are bright and vibrant and cover every inch of every page. Very cute, very basic, and bound to appeal to Maisy fans. Other Maisy Easter titles include Maisy's Easter Egg Hunt: A Sticker Book and Maisy's Easter Paint Book.

This is quite an adorable book in keeping with the rest of the Maisy oeuvre. This book is easy to carry in any mom bag and is a good intro for young tykes if you're going to an Easter celebration. If it were any more expensive, it would be short, sweet and badly priced!

What could be better than adorable Maisy books? Easter themed Maisy books! Our 2 year old loves this book and has continued to enjoy it well past (and prior to) Easter!
