5.0 out of 5 stars Happy Kwanzaa!!!!, July 3, 2009
This review is from: Happy Happy Kwanzaa (Kids Creative Classics) (Paperback)
The book Happy Happy Kwanzaa provides music along with the coloring book, which gives you an additional resource to use during Kwanzaa. Not only that, songs are written in the book that can be song
with your children. In addition, the book provides some instructions of how to celebrate Kwanzaa. Furthermore, the coloring book illustrates how to practice the different principles of Kwanzaa. Finally, a Kwanzaa quiz is presented at the back of the book that can be used to help children solidify their understanding of what they learned in the coloring book.

5.0 out of 5 stars Finally, fun and educational Kwanzaa music!, January 6, 2009
By
There are a lot of CDs out there that claim to be Kwanzaa music, but turn out to be regular songs performed by African American artists. I looked for a couple of years for something that's upbeat and fun for kids, but has educational value as well-- something that actually addresses the seven principles of Kwanzaa. This is the only album out there that I've found to be fun AND educational, and it's kids' music that grown-ups will like too. The story included on the album is great for kids to listen to in a learning center individually, or for a group storytime. And the song "Dream a World" is so fun it will have the grown-ups in the room dancing with the kids!

5.0 out of 5 stars EXCELLENT TO TEACH KWANZAA TO ALL CULTURES, August 2, 2004
By
This review is from: Happy Happy Kwanzaa (Kids Creative Classics) (Paperback)
I have been looking for childrens Kwanzaa music to use with my 1st grade class for this years holiday and recently found Happy Happy Kwanzaa.
This is a delightful package that makes it easy for children to understand the values and principles that Kwanzaa teaches. The book has coloring activities, music and a story that are something my children will be able to relate to easily and will, I believe, inspire them to go out and do their own good deeds.
