much better than The Sign, January 2, 2009
This review is from: Happy Nation U.S. Version (Audio CD)
this album is not available in the states during its peak, and it is mostly released outside the US.. which is a big mistake.
for some reasons, Im not saying that The Sign is not good, but I prefer this version for the additional tracks Hear Me Calling and the Remix version of Happy Nation which is equally good as the original. and of course the track Hear Me Calling for me is one of the highlights in this album. a must have.

The best version of this album, April 10, 2011
This review is from: Happy Nation U.S. Version (Audio CD)
BUYERS WATCH OUT!!! Be sure you are buying the correct version of the album and be aware of a seller from a canine family who sent me a BOOTLEG!
There are 3 versions of this album:
The 1st is called "Happy Nation" and was sold in Europe. After massive success in europe, record companies decided to release this album in the US renaming it as "The Sign" and including 3 new tracks (The sing, Don't turn Around, Living in Danger) After this 3 new songs had a great success in the US, in europe they had to do a re-edition of the album to include the 3 mentioned tracks and another one (Hear me calling). They named this last edition "Happy Nation U.S Version" and this is definitely this one is the best because it has more tracks than the other versions
This is a classic from the 90's music everyone should have!
NOTE: The first version of happy nation has a disco ball in the cover and doesn't contain The Sign, Dont turn around and living in danger. But worth buying too because contains a better version of the tracks Waiting for magic, a remix of wheel of fortune and the only instrumental track ever released by ace of base: Dimension of depth!
