The happy tree friends are so cool! Anyone who watches the simpsons will know itchy and scratchy. And if you like itchy and scratchy, you will LOVE Happy tree friends. Basically, you watch loads of cute little animals hack each other to pieces. Think Hello Kitty with a chainsaw. Happy tree friends are really funny, but it's seriously gross, so don't let little kids watch it1

I discovered the Happy Tree Friends cartoons about 3 years ago. After i saw one episode, I was hooked. Why? Its hard to explain. Maybe it was the violence, maybe it was the comedy. Who knows? All I can say is that it was the greatest idea Ive ever seen. Who wouldve thought that putting cute little animals on a death diet would work? They keep coming back! Its like Kenney from South Park!

Buy this DVD. I think that the torture of little cartoon animals should be witnessed. It is absolutly hilarious.

If you have seen the first one get this one because it has all new kringle and has 2 new characters Mime and Cro-marmot. But this DVD has 17 episodes for example the HAPPY TREE FRIENDS get standed on a island most of them die the rest set of in a rocket and crash into the sun but the moose that gets thrown out thr rocket stays alive! This blood crazy show will make you laugh to death! This is the best dvd ever. It will keep you laughing for days. This is over 2 hrs of the best stuff ever. It has great episodes with Toothy, Cuddles, Giggles, Petunia, Handt, Lumpy, The mime, Sniffles, etc. In other words, this is great.

I agree with the other reviewer. The DVD consists of a lot of short cartoons in which most of the cartoon characters get blown up, sawed in two or eaten. There is a lot of cartoon blood and guts. My 13 yr old daughter wanted this, so all her friends gathered around to watch it. Most of them liked it, but a few didn't. Smaller children probably shouldn't watch it; in fact, there is a warning on the cover "Not recommended for small children or big babies". If you like cartoons with a twist similar to South Park (but without the language) then you'll probably like this. The theme song really got on my nerves because they play it at the beginning and end of every short episode, and there are about 15 of them on a DVD.

I loved Happy Tree friends since i first saw it while surfing the internet, i was hooked. I later saw it on G4 while watching with my little sister then my she was hooked. I can understand the concerned people that have problems with HTF but i mean would you rather see the cartoon done bye cartoon humans or animals.Over all great DVD would have been 5 star if more content.

This installment is done much better then vol 1. The last one made you suffer through the theme song constantly on every single epidose then made you suffer through it some more in the credits at the end of every episode. Least this time they worked out that that was annoying and have it just start with the name of the episode and go staright into it.

However, there is not enough on these. There is about 20 minutes of the show, then 20 minutes of bonus stuff thats ok in some parts but just not enough.

A DVD's capability is that it can hold 4 hours of good quality video on it. So you should feel completly cheated that this is only 40 minute's long. They should combine season 1 & 2 together and get somethign closer to value for money then release these things individualy just to make some cash out of it.

Listen, this show is funny, but not for the lighthearted. But HELLO earth to parents, kids watch stuff like this, and draw stuff like this, and talk about stuff like this all the time! The show is just so damn funny! Get freakin over it, it's a funny show, kids will see stuff like this eventually anyway!

I have to say I bought the first one and found it really funny, the titles got a bit annoying, but I found the dvd itself very well put together and slick. Unfortunately the same can't be said for this one, I found it very poorly put together, black gaps between everything and have had 2 copies and still find they stick at the same points on a number of dvd players. Shame they didn't stick to the original format as the episodes are very funny, but it spoils the enjoyment of watching them.

I first heard of Happy Tree Friends while watching late night tv and i saw a commercial for this. i forgot about this until i went to ozzfest. i saw the dvd in a vendors booth, and i had to have it! i watched the DVD over and over. If you like south park then you will love this. its pokemon meets pulp fiction and absoloutly hilarious!!!
