I have been looking for a gentle intro to yoga and I found it. Sarah has produced a really worthwhile DVD. I was looking for a video that offered great yoga poses that did not require getting on the floor. My knees and back are not in the best of shape. This video is wonderful. She is very concise in her instructions. The backdrop is beautiful and the yoga positions are really helping me to gain strength. She uses a chair so that at all times I feel very confident to do yoga in both seated and standing positions. Great job.

Sarah has done a wonderful job creating a beautiful DVD...and one that I need so very much. I have tried yoga several times in the past - both in classroom settings and DVD's, but because of bad knees and just basically being unfit I never stuck with it since it was "too much" for me. This DVD uses a chair since it is hard for some of us to get up and down off the floor. The exercises were challenging since I am not fit, but with the help of Sarah's DVD I know I can go from unfit to fit if I keep with it. What makes it so enjoyable is Sarah's calming, healing and loving voice. Her magical words guides the viewer not only through the poses, but just as importantly, as a coach to get the most out of the joyful and wonderful life that we are all entitled to. She reminds us a lot about enjoying NOW and being in the moment. The setting of an English Garden in full bloom with birds singing their song in the background is so relaxing and delightful! It brought joy and tears to my eyes at the end during Relaxation Pose! I can't wait to master this DVD and move on to Sarah's more challenging DVD's.

This Yoga dvd is excellent for the beginning and intermediate student. The workout runs for 55 minutes. It includes stretches for
all parts of the body, from head to the toes. The pace is slow and gentle. I do find her voice somewhat distracting, however.
The Yoga is done outside in a lush garden setting.

I am pleased with my purchase and recommend it to those individuals who want a chair-seated practice.
