5.0 out of 5 stars Useful scenarios and solutions, January 9, 2006
This review is from: Harassed: 100 Women Define Inappropriate Behavior in the Workplace (Paperback)
This book goes over 50 scenarios of what might be considered sexual harassment. The percentage of women viewing each scenario as offensive or inoffensive are given, as well as their individual views relevant to each case.

It covers most situations women have had to endure in the workplace and provides step by step solutions, as well as a discussion of the monetary cost of discrimination to corporations (not merely measured in lawsuits, but in time and productivity lost).

A good logical overwiew of the issue of discrimination and sex harassment as it applies to American workplaces. I also recommend for more practical and down to earth advice, R. Don Steele's Office Politics.
