Excellent straps..sound , strong construction..the large grommets (feel a little light though) easily fit any chin up bar..very comfortable...Met my expectations and well worth the price. Definitely a Keeper.

A slight amendment to my review..after a month of using these I found that one of the straps had a tear along the side lining.Either the piece was defective or it couldn't take my weight (all of 200 lbs).A Bit disappointing because otherwise it seemed well constructed.I live in India so returning the product is not possible now.

Edited 03/17/08 I complained to Harbinger about the problem I had with the product and to my surprise they actually went to the trouble and expense of shipping a free replacement to me all the way to India . THat is truly awesome customer service and I hope the Ab Straps do give me years of service.

These are super-heavy duty, well-constructed. Tons of stitching, I think you could lift a horse in these. The clamps are large and strong, with a sliding lock. Best ones I've ever seen. Fantastic value. Just get 'em.

These are really a very good pair of Ab Straps. They are stong, comfortable and does the job. I recommend this product.

4 stars is because of the price. I bought a door way chinup bar for 30 bucks and these for 40.

I've got nothing but praises for the Harbinger Ab Sling, I've been using this product for almost a month now and I feel abdominal muscles in my core I didn't know I had. Quick delivery.

It does what it does. The carabiners are huge so it fits the pull-up bar. Carabiner has a safety screw that you really don't use because it locks itself. It's pretty comfortable. The pad kinda sucks because it puts pressure in certain areas on your arm by your pits. You don't really feel it when you are doing for example hanging knee raises, but you can definitely see it afterwards. I also use it to build grip strength and hip rotation strength. It's a good product and definitely helps target the hip flexor muscles.

PROS: Great carabiner, fits perfect, takes force off arms, shoulders, and back so you can target the abs more, comfortable.

CONS: For you shorter individuals, you might need a stool to stand up on because the pad likes to go back to its "original" shape which is horizontal. Just look at the picture and you can see it for yourself. Some times it leaves pressure bruises by your armpits.

I bought the straps with the door pullup bar and both was a good buy.The straps are strong enough and confortable enough to holdup my 200lb body with no problem.I recommend this straps if your thinking about purchasing a set of staps.

Great product. Good padding. Large clips. Great stability (I weigh 225 lbs). Highly recommend these straps.

These Harbinger ab straps are better than what my old gym had. The solid fabric straps are great!

These ab straps are well-constructed to last a long, long time and they are also the most comfortable pair I've ever used. From the heavy duty carabiners to the soft padding I can't find a single flaw with them.
