I bought similar product from Sports Authourity and had to return and got this one. It is simply the best. It is long and well crafted. The tip is perfectly flat so that your palm sits right on the tip making workout easier than ever. Priced right too.

High quality, essential equipment. Inconceivable that this won't last forever. Best way to isolate your triceps.

"The attached forged steel grommet hooks into any universal gym system." Well, no, it doesn't. At 24 Hour Fitness in East Oakland, the harness clip that the triceps rope would be hooked onto needs a somewhat oblong hole instead of the round one on this rope's grommet. It misses by a couple of millimeters. Now I have to find a machine shop to enlarge it. Otherwise it's a fine rope and 8" longer than the ones that gyms usually provide.

I've been using this for about a year now. Great for a variety of exercises and solid as s rock.

I just received this gem from Amazon a few days ago and put it to the test tonight. This is an exceptional tricep rope for the following reasons: 1) the rope is 36" long which gives you extra room to kick-out to the sides while performing tricep press-downs (standing or sitting) and standing tricep presses; 2) the rubber ends, as opposed to the hard plastic ones, are very comfortable and ergonomic- I wasn't distracted by hand discomfort while performing heavy press-downs; 3) this is a heavy-duty rope- even thicker than the "Grizzly" rope I've been using up until now, and 4) the price was right- at $25 it qualified for free shipping and I consider this a steal of a deal!! If you're in the market for a quality tricep rope it doesn't get any better than this...

I've used it for a three month, three times a week. The rope is long enough for any triceps excersize. Good quality.
Very convinient rubber end caps and the rope itself.
I recommend it to everyone who is looking for a good triceps rope.

I find the flatter wider handles easier to use than other tricep ropes with more bulbous ends. Well made and feels good to use.

Well made; and since the rope is long enough, it is perfect for the "face pull" exercise to work the rhomboids and external rotators.

The ropes I used in the past would have a space between the rope and the plastic end. That space would kill my pinky and hand when using high weight. This rope is much easier on the hands and the grip is nice.

Better than the ball ropes...It allows for more room and a firmer grip...High quality rope...
