A shoddy product, December 23, 2009
I bought a set of Harbinger medium "Resistance Cables". Within ~6 months of use at home both ends of the cable had popped out of the handle, and weren't fixable. I called Harbinger's 800 number, and was told tough luck. Basically, their attitude was that they could care less that the product broke. I won't but this brand again!

A Fair Piece of Equipment, February 19, 2009
The first resistance cable I bought broke on me. I am glad I did not get hit in the face. It looked as though the tube was cut with a knife. Amazon was nice enough to send me a new one.

Harbinger's Totally Happens, March 3, 2011
This easy to use tool really delivers. Attack to door. With the least amount of tension, pull hands back with shoulder blades as far as possible. Pull back and release...slowly... until the muscle tires.
Another move is to face the door jam, with some tension,hold hands along side both knees, arms outstretched, and begin to squat down slowly as far as you can comfortably go. Then return to start position.
One last one...face the door jam with light tension, now turn to your right to face away from door jam. keeping cables semi-taunt. Now with your left foot back and your right food forward,using your left hand,stretch hand forwards while turning your body towards the right,and pulling with your right hand across your waist. Only turn as much as you can comfortably, then return to start. Do several times until the muscles tire, then turn to your left 180 degrees, and do the same thing on your other side.
Take if slow and easy...it's not a race!
