I am redoing my bedroom and I want to invoke the feeling of a well done beach cottage without beachy objects everywhere. On the basis of the first reviewer I ordered this duvet in the king size. The dimensions on the web page state the size as being 108" x 96" (quite large by duvet standards). I also found this duvet on other sites and the dimensions were also stated as 108" x 96". I chose a filler (down alternative) based on these dimensions, and it was quite a challenge to find one that would fill this large duvet cover. The package dimensions say the duvet is 106" x 90". I measured the duvet to be sure and THOSE MEASUREMENTS ARE THE RIGHT ONES, NOT THE MEASUREMENTS ON THE AMAZON SITE. I received the duvet yesterday and the colors are beautiful, it is very rich looking, and super soft to the touch (although it has a strong chemical smell and will have to be washed immediately). As stated in the previous review, the colors are soft blues and taupe. The background color is not pure white as pictured on my monitor. It is more of a creamy white, almost a light almond. Also, the reverse side of the duvet is this soft creamy almond color. The duvet has a hidden button closure and is very well made. The duvet itself is a quality piece and feels very luxurious. It is a beautiful duvet, but now I have to return the comforter insert I purchased and find a smaller one. I have contacted Amazon and asked them to correct the dimensions, but whether or not they will is another question.

So, after looking everywhere for a cute duvet cover, I ended up on amazon.com. This Duvet cover was my last stop! WOW! It's so pretty in person. The colors are muted and soft. Beige and cream are the best complimentary covers for fitted sheets and matching accessories.

The cloth is super soft and buttery. LOOOOVE this duvet cover!

I LOVED THE PHOTO of the duvet which, at the time of this review, showed a silvery-blue-violet against what appears to be white and ivory. THE ACTUAL DUVET is blue, cream and light tan. There is no white in the pattern at all. you cannot match it with white sheets. As stated, the pattern has more of an antique look and was not as expected.
I don't blame the seller entirely for this misrepresentation because the photo is taken from the packaging. And the fabric seemed very nice. The photo is just quite deceiving and pretty unfortunate. The The seller refunded my money in record speed. (Thank you). No harm no foul. I just wish someone would have told me.

I received the duvet set quickly, and absolutely love it! It was exactly what I was looking for....Pottery Barn style at an affordable price! Beautiful paisley pattern in blues, cream & brown. Soft fabric which washed great.....not wrinkly. I would recommend this set to anyone......great value!!

I priced King size duvet covers for a while and all the ones I liked were well over $200+. I was really pleased to have found this one. It came quickly and after I washed it-it was very soft on both sides (other side is white btw). My feather duvet fit well inside it is always just a pain to get in the cover all the way, but thats my issue. I agree w/ another reviewer-very Pottery Barn style which I love. Time will tell how well it holds up but so far the week I have had it I have been veyr happy with my purchase.

I was in search of a new duvet cover that looked "Pottery Barn" without the price tag! I bought this one and I love it. It doesn't look exactly like it's pictured though....Everywhere that's white in the picture on the bedding, is actually cream. And it also has more beige and greenish tones to it rather than just light blue as pictured. I'm still pleased with it though because I love the style of it. If you're getting it strictly for the color though, you might want to rethink it!

This duvet cover is just as stated, beautiful and soft. Just received it and so far love it.

One reviewer below said that the color of this duvet was blue, tan and cream. I agree with the first two. It's a dusty blue (not baby blue) and beige/taupe. However, the filler color is NOT a buttery cream color. A light cream could coordinate with it, but it really is a slightly off white.

The duvet cover is nice and soft and the overall pattern and colors quite beautiful! The paint color in our bedroom is a blue/gray and kind of hard to coordinate with. This went with it nicely and looks very lovely in natural light! Also, the pattern is interesting without being too busy. Overall, I am so so happy with it!

We repainted our bedroom a gray/blue color. Finding a duvet cover that wasn't plain or too busy was a bit of a pain, until I found this.

Matches the walls perfectly. Very luxurious feel and fits our king size duvet to a T. The pattern is nice, not too busy, but good enough to help conceal the pethair that our darling critters leave behind.

The colors are slightly darker in person... I expected them to be more muted and with overall more blue tones and less beige. The quality is high, sturdy construction and fairly soft fabric (witch will only soften as I wash more!). I did not double check measurements so can neither confirm nor deny claims of misrepresentation although my comforter seems to fit nicely :)
Looks very nice next to my beige as well as light blue sheets.
