Unbleached Wheat Flour With Malted Barley, Sugar, Dried Cranberries (Sucrose, Cranberries, Cranberry Juice, Partially Hydrogenated Sunflower Oil), Dried Orange Peel, Leavening (Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate, Baking Soda, Monocalcium Phosphate), Salt, Corn Starch, Natural Flavor. Contains Wheat. Manufactured In A Facility That Uses Milk, Soy (Lecithin), Eggs, Peanuts, Walnuts and Pecans.
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 F. 2. Grease 4x8 loaf pan. (For best results, use metal pan.) 3. Empty contents of package into mixing bowl and add 1/2 cup melted butter or margarine, 2/3 cup water and 2 eggs. 4. Mix thoroughly with a spoon. 5. Pour dough into prepared loaf pan and spread evenly. 6. Bake 50 minutes, or until done, test with a toothpick. 7. Remove bread from pan and allow to cool at least 15 minutes before slicing.

Maybe it's something that I did to it, but the first package was good, and my family liked it. After that, all the ones that I made was dry. I always make enough bread to last a couple of days, and this one was VERY dry and not very good after it cooled down. When I make quick breads for breakfast, I try to make enough for the next day or 2 breakfasts, and this bread was just too dry.
