Maybe it's something that I did to it, but the first package was good, and my family liked it. After that, all the ones that I made was dry. I always make enough bread to last a couple of days, and this one was VERY dry and not very good after it cooled down. When I make quick breads for breakfast, I try to make enough for the next day or 2 breakfasts, and this bread was just too dry.
