What gives?,
By Biff Malibu (Seattle) - See all my reviews
This review is from: The Hard and Heavy Collection (Audio CD)
There is nothing heavy nor hard about Love Has Remembered Me. And that's confusing because April Wine have an entire cellar full of hard & heavy rock songs. If your a fan of April Wine you probably already have all this.
Check out the albums put out in the 90's and beyond, Attitude, Frigate & Back To The Mansion. Being a big fan from 78 to 83 it was a great discovery. Alot of ripping tunes that you will swear were recorded in thier prime. Check them out instead.

Say Goodbye,
This review is from: The Hard and Heavy Collection (Audio CD)
I don't have this recording, and based on the track listing I never will. I don't know who puts these things together, but this is a totally unnecessary package. These songs have been on other compilations, yet hits like "Roller" and "Sign of the Gypsy Queen" have been left off. If you're a hard core fan, you already have these. If you're looking for a good career summary, this isn't it.
