I was disappointed to find that my cane was built up like plywood - many layers glued together; I was expecting a product made from a single piece of wood. It does function, but doesn't look as good as it might.

Watch out for this vendor. We ordered canes and they were never delivered. The vendor (MedSupply) called to make it right so I would remove the bad review. The canes still never arrived. Do not deal with MedSupply!
