This review is from: The Harder They Fall (Paperback)
When an immovable object meets an irresistable force at the hand of Jill Shalvis, the fun begins! I always enjoy Shalvis's style of writing and she is in a happy place with this tale. The heroine is the irresistable force that eventually moves the staid and seemingly immovable hero. Friction can cause sparks and sparks certainly fly right through the story. For some laughter and gentle fun, mixed with the serious business of falling in love despite everything, I recommend The Harder They Fall as yet another good yarn from the pen of this author.

Dr Hunter Adams wanting everthing in perfect order, and Trisha Malloy his new tenant who seems to have trouble at her heels. This book is light to read with humour through out it. If you like a bit of comady with youre ramance I recomend.

Oh My God,

This review is from: The Harder They Fall (Loveswept) (Mass Market Paperback)
He inherits her as a tenant; She destroys his house, damages his car, chases him, stalks him, even has to handcuff him in order to get him in her bed; He resists her at every turn, walks out on every intimate moment that she instigates, and has to be handcuffed to the bed where she simply forces her attentions on him, and then at the very end of the book, realizes that he loves her. This is undoubtedly one of the WORSE books I've ever force myself to skim through to the end simply because I never leave a book unfinished. This book left me feeling sorry for anyone desperate enough to go to the lengths the heroine did in this story. |
