I bought this product to save money on a kitchen remodel that was going over budget fast! People like the look of them but the bulbs did not screw in very well. The bulb recepticle is cheap. I would buy the product again if I can replace the bulbs when they burn out! heh heh One other note there are 3 rods that screw into each other to get the correct drop from roof and 1,2, or 3 is what you get. You can not cut them to a custom size. This is my first reveiw on Amazon so rate it ;)

I purchased two of these for our kitchen bar. Very satisfied with the size and appearance. Only problem that was experienced was a mix-up on delivery. Someone else received my purchase and we received theirs. After sending back the wrong product to the company, finally received mine but the package had been opened, crushed and taped together. Upon opening, discovered that the poles were missing. Contacted the company which they immediately sent a replacement. I'm sure that this kind of mix-up happens every now and then and I wasn't in a hurry to meet any kind of deadline. Took almost a month, back and forth, but the company was very concerned and immediately tried to resolve the situation. I have enjoyed my pendants and get compliments about them all of the time.
