Text by Marc H. Miller, a curator, educator, and art historian. Dr. Miller's credits include "Louis Armstrong: A Cultural Legacy" (Washington University Press and The Queens Museum); "Lafayette, Hero of Two Worlds" (University of New England Press and The Queens Museum; and "Remembering the Future: The New York World's Fair from 1939 to 1964" (Rizzoli International and The Queens Museum).
