I actually have the Progressive Suspension brand of this same pump. Only difference is the one I have goes up to 100lbs psi instead of 60 (you shouldn't go higher than 50psi on a Harley anyway). Other than that they are the same product. Harley says not to use compressed air such as a tire machine at a gas station because it can blow out seals. My only regret in buying this pump is I wish I would have looked for something a little bigger that I could air up a tire with in a pinch.
I have been using this thing to play around with my rear suspension air pressure to see how it changes the ride, and it does really seem to make a difference. It will fold up and store easily in saddlebags or a large fork bag in case you need to make an adjustment out on the road.
Harley charges 20k and up for their tour bikes, you would think that since you need this thing they would just include it in the tool kit. Maybe they do include it with their really high-dollar models, but my 2010 Street glide did not have one.

We have talked about shock pumps extensively over on the HarleyTalking.com discussion forum. There are lots of imitations but the HD version is hands down the best. The bleed valve allows a zero loss factor that is very important on a systen where even a couple of pounds PSI can make a difference. Great price and great product.

I bought this for my husband for Christmas - he took it out to the motorcycle immediately and checked all the air pressures on it! It fits perfect in the back, out of the way - excellent product!

I purchased this pump a few months ago and I really like the price it was sold for. I also have been very please with its performance. This pump is well made, easy to read, and allows the user to precisely fill the air shocks on the HD motorcycle. I recommend this tool...

If you have air shocks you have to have this tool. No other options, But Amazon and St Paul has the lowest price.
Pump does just what you expect and is smaller than it appears in the photo, which makes it easy to carry in your bags.

This is a well-made quality item. It allows for precise adjustment of your touring bike's air suspension. Factory suspension settings presume a rider well under 200 lbs, so you big guys will want to tweak the settings for yourself. This is the tool. Don't try to use the standard air hose at the gas station for this adjustment, because the high pressure could damage the air suspension assembly, leading to costly repair.

When I first saw this. I kind of chuckled as it madee me wonder how it would pump any kind of air. After I used it, I quickly realized how great of a tool this is to have. It easily adjusted the air pressure in my front and rear suspension. It is a must have!!

The pump works as it should. The release valve is a nice feature in helping to prevent air loss. The guage is accurate and well made

Great product thanks. Nice softer ride after using this pump and my back didn't hurt. They really should include these with the purchase of any bike that requires air in the suspension.
