This review is from: Harley-Davidson Women's Tessa Casual Boot (Apparel)
I love these boots. I never order boots or shoes on-line because I worry about them being "true-to-size" and about all the extra hassle and expense of returning them. However, I did order a pair of Harley Davidson boots (Casper, size 7) and they fit PERFECTLY, so I took a chance on these "Tessa" boots. I thought those Caspers were great, but I love these Tessas MORE. I have pretty wide feet, especially at the toe area, and these Tessa boots have a pretty roomy toe box. Even more so than the Casper boots, so I find them even MORE comfortable! I work on my feet for 8 hours a day on a hard floor, and these are my favorite shoes/boots to wear. I do put gel insoles in them for extra comfort. The zippers, being on the OUTSIDE of the boot, are less easy to manuever than if the zipper were on the inside, (like with the Casper boots)so you need a little extra flexibility to be able to bend, twist and zip. They do not seem as heavy as my Caspers, but they look just as serious. I wasn't sure how I'd like the look of the zipper being on the outside, but I LOVE it. They are pretty awesome looking, I think. THese boots make my heart sing.

Riders should keep looking...., October 21, 2011
This review is from: Harley-Davidson Women's Tessa Casual Boot (Apparel)
I was so hoping to write a five star review of these adorable boots. I should start by saying that I do like them. They are very lightweight, and every bit as cute as they are in the pictures. I receive compliments on them every time I wear them. They are comfortable enough to wear all day while on my feet at work. From a style aspect, and when riding as a passenger, these boots are 5 star. HOWEVER, if you ride your own bike, I have to recommend that you keep looking. These boots do not have a reinforced toe, and in no time, your shifter lever will cause the end of the left boot to cave in - permanently. After riding in these cuties for approximately 2 months, I was back at the Harley dealership, buying a different pair. *Tip for all you lady riders out there, I went with the Harley-Davidson 14" Alexa boots with the back laces and LOVE LOVE LOVE them for riding!* In short-if you enjoy the journey from the back seat, buy these boots-you won't be disappointed. But if you prefer to ride with your hands on the grips, these are, sadly, not for you.

Not that happy!, September 28, 2010
I love the weight and the look of the boot but the zipper does NOT stay zipped! I have tried adjusting the laces to make them very loose but the zipper still slides down almost an inch every time I wear them. Would not buy them again and have to take them to get a stop put on the top to keep the zipper in place.
