The Onyx Studio does not have an Aux port, unfortunately. It's newer/better version, the Onyx, does, along with many other connectivity options.

The Onyx Studio is a slightly older version lacking a 3.5mm input jack. Otherwise it appears that they are assembled with the same components as far as the sound producing parts are concerned. I purchased it to use with bluetooth devices so the missing jack is not an issue. The sound is INSANE and clear.

Hi JJ, First let me preface my response by saying, I often wonder the very questions u need help with so it makes total sense to me. But I want u to know that my response is what I find is the most accurate form of the truth from my first hand experience, doesn't mean it's 100% right, but it's the best I can tell at this moment....so here it goes: First, if it's a Iithium ion battery, it truly does not matter if u leave it plugged in or night, u cannot, even if u tried, OVERCHARGE a LITHIUM Ion rechargeable battery, I can't say this is true of any other type, but that's not what's important for me to let u know in this case anyways, cuz it's n/a here...lol. So, my advice right now, it's not only ok to leave it plugged in, I would say it's better u do, cuz I've found that it's louder when it is plugged in then when it not from using it myself. And that makes sense, it may not be true, but it makes sense to me at this moment because when it's not plugged in it should be weaker cuz it's conserving the battery, so it last longer! Nice, when it's plugged in, it's as loud as it wants to be because it doesn't have to worry about that limitation, cuz it doesn't apply. Let me tell u that when I realize little things like that I'm so happy but if u didn't know me, I would be funny because it seems like I get excited or happy over the smallest things, but if u understand me, looked at it from my pov, then it would be amazing to u too, it would be appropriate, not funny but appropriate, just like as ur reading this u might think either I'm out of my mind or u trust what I'm saying, but whatever u feel, it's right to u, and my choices only need to make sense to me at the end of the day. Anyways, this email took me forever to write, I prefer telling u, but from what I know RIGHT NOW, it's better u leave it charged. Simple, but I wrote everything else cuz it's what it's my best attempt to try to explain my response as truthfully as possible cuz I would want that from anyone that I seek advice from....truth. Anyways, thanks for asking this question, it was on time for me, it was as helpful to me, that I hope is helpful to u. If anything changes, and u would like me to u, about this speaker, which, for the money is filler for dollar the best Bluetooth speaker on the market, just reply and I'll keep u posted if I learn something new that is helpful to know. If not, Good luck man! Thanks! Q.

No you cannot. Your device is only capable of connecting to one Bluetooth enabled device at a time

When shipped, there is a light plastic film disc over the silver part. But it usually just falls off by itself. If you are talking about the metal-silver-branding piece, I wouldn't touch it. But if you are adventurous, I would bet it is glued in place. And you would have to carefully use a heat source, like a hair-dryer, to get it to release. But again, I would leave it alone.
