Don Campbell has reached a new level of connection with this sweet, little book. It holds deep and abiding truth, written in a direct, understandable manner. I am giving it to those I love, for I cherish these ideas (and the practical actions) that will bring high health to any body-mind-spirit. Thanks to Don for his diligence as an author and as an integrated human Being.

Was psyched to get this, but in my opinion, there is nothing special about this. The music seemed silly, boring, didn't work for me.
