Don Campbell has reached a new level of connection with this sweet, little book. It holds deep and abiding truth, written in a direct, understandable manner. I am giving it to those I love, for I cherish these ideas (and the practical actions) that will bring high health to any body-mind-spirit. silly book
Was psyched to get this, but in my opinion, there is nothing special about this. The music seemed silly, boring, didn't work for me.
