Well, words are not enough to express my feelings.
At the 1st listening, it was so good and then I keep on listen to it in loop !!
I strongly recommend to any indie music lovers to get Bandit Queen, it's a must.

well, in fact, i've only listened to two songs from this cd, but these gals really sound like a nixture of Throwing Muses, Veruca Salt and the Breeders, this means: brilliant! sensitive power, strong romanticism. It's really cool.

i can't be the only person on the planet who's ever heard this record. this record deserves to be heard. here are smart, post-feminist pop songs about drag kings & breakdowns & frida kahlo. here are lush instrumentals & sugar-sweet hooks. here's a little homage to the velvet underground ("it's my life, it's my wife-- it's my oes-tro-gen!")... it's everything i've ever wanted in a lover & it's all on one CD.
