This book has a very interesting view for those who do not wish to medicate when they are feeling 'down'. It has some awesome exercises to help an individual find themselves and steps on how to accomplish that task. Speaking for myself, the exercises (AND book) have helped greatly with not getting stuck because I wouldn't know where to go or what to do.
