I'd been so excited to use these, and bought 2. I ran them through the dishwasher first, though, and all the writing is completely gone. My Pyrex glass measuring cups don't lose their writing with hundreds of runs through the dishwasher. Too bad!

I gave one of these to my sweetie as a stocking stuffer. It is very accurate and we found it more handy than separate measuring spoons. However, the printing has all but vanished after just a few runs in the dishwasher. It has been hand washed most of the time.

The reason for my recent purchase was for a school project my niece had. The mini measuring glass worked great, and helped us verify our measurements. I also prefer this now when making a receipe for baking or cooking, to me it's quicker. Instead of, "One spoon.......Two spoon......" Now all the measurments for the same ingredient is done once, and saves me time.

Thank goodness amazon.com carries this little mini-measure, because mine just broke and I need a new one fast! I must use the mini-measure 10 times a day - I measure all small amounts of liquids in the glass, and leave my measuring spoons dry for the spices, salt, etc. Cooking is faster and cleaning is easier with a mini-measure. And it's the perfect gift for anyone who cooks!

This product is a "one-of-a-kind". It replaces the annoning measuring SPOONS that you need to separate when needed AND the larger measuring CUPS, which are a problem when trying to measure very small amounts of liquids. I've had two of these before. My daughter dropped and broke my last one recently, and I couldn't replace it fast enough! You can measure hot or cold in it, too. Great for measuring medicines, small amounts of liquids for recipes without having to do a balancing act in a spoon! Really, Get one! You'll wonder how you ever lived witout it!
