While the S & M is well beyond my realm, this book's message of how to approach our sexuality as living beings should be mandatory for all humans. Litten is a master at making the message clear and helping people blow away the fog created by our mixed-up culture. Life would be happier for everyone if they got half of the message Litten is conveying. Please read this book.
