Among all the CD's I have under the title "Meditation", this one has given me the greatest satisfaction. The beautiful blend of the ethereal sound of the harp and the sounds of nature induces a mental state of tranquillity, which has helped me many times when I felt I was stressed up. Hearing it takes me back to the memories of my visit to the Columbia Gorge and the Big Sur. Peter Sterling has effectively captured the essence of nature sound in his music. I have already recommended this CD to quite a few of my yoga students for meditation.
