Editorial Reviews

Review

A volume that will reward the scholar but be accessible to the educated layperson. And the trove of artworks, maps, and photographs make it a pleasure just to flip the pages. (History Wire )

This review is from: HarperCollins Atlas of Bible History (Paperback)
I previously had the hardcover big atlas, but I recently got this concise one. I'm still getting familiar with it, but so far I like the updated version. I'm finding areas that I couldn't in the previous atlas, and I'm getting a better understanding of the bible. I like that it shows Jerusalem and the biblical areas around it in modern times as well. Overall a good book to get.
