This book has wonderful pictures however; the text is extremely short and simple. This is a great book to introduce Harriet Tubman to young children.Harriet Tubman (Real People)

History for ESOL students and Emergent Readers!,
By Lynn Ellingwood "The ESOL Teacher" (Webster, NY United States) - See all my reviews (VINE VOICE) (REAL NAME)
This review is from: Harriet Tubman (Real People) (Paperback)
This type of book is very helpful to students learning English or who are learning to read. It is not necessarily for young children, but older kids and adults who need information but can't read more complex text (at least in English). The pictures help provide information and support the text.
