Product Description

Most insecticides used for bed bug control are primarily of the pyrethroid class of pesticides, like Harris Bed-Bug Killer. Elimination of bed bugs in a home involves use of effective insecticides applied to all points where bed bugs are present. This water-based, odorless treatments must directly contact the bed bugs during application. Repeated insecticide applications within 4 weeks will be required to kill bed bugs that later hatch from eggs, along with those that were missed during earlier treatment. RESTRICTED: This product cannot be shipped to the following states: AL AZ CA CO CT DC DE FL GA HI IA KY MD MI MN MS NC NE NH NY OH OK SC TN UT VA VI WV

I bought a kit with this gallon bottle, a can of aerosol stuff, some Diatomaceous Earth, and traps, from a popular DIY store website. I also got 6lbs more of the DE, because I already know that stuff works on everything that has an exoskeleton and crawls. So, I tested each product in plastic containers first: DE- flat, unfed bugs regardless of age/life cycle, dead in 24 hours or less, bugs that appear to have fed, 3-5 days. For the Aerosol by this same company- Young bugs, early life cycle tiny and small ones I mean, were killed , but adults, would sit still for a while, then get up and move again. With this gallon stuff, instant fatality. Adults, juveniles, tiny tiny baby ones, all of them. Instant death. I transferred it into another spray bottle using a funnel, and it has been, along with my DE, our front line attack on these bugs. Don't give up after a week or a month. Be prepared to fight for 3-9 months, as these insects can fit in spaces that a piece of paper can be slid through. I started with the spray, hit every nook, cranny, corner of the house. Look up....they are not just on the floors and baseboards. They will climb the wall and stay up under crown molding, or in the corners of your walls/ceilings. After all the spray is dry, Be diligent with the DE. Use a squeeze bottle with a pointed tip (like those empty ketchup and mustard bottles you can buy for a buck at local big retailers like Walmart) that you can poke under baseboards, then squeeze and puff it in there, leaving a light dusting on anything it comes in contact with. Wear a face mask, because while DE is not harmful in small amounts, you don't really want to breath in large amounts of this stuff, it can cause health problems. And remember, once DE gets wet, it's no longer effective.Read more ›

It worked great! I bought 2 gallons (I couldn't believe how inexpensive it was) but the first one did the job. I highly recommend this product. I've heard from other people that they had an exterminator out and it took several visits before the problem was taken care of. This product did it the first time! It beats the price of an exterminator.

This item did the trick!! Cant speak for no one but me. These sickening critters was in every room of my home biting every family member.
I hate them, we got rid of carpet, and beds, sofas, etc. This spray rotated with Harris Bed Bug Killer powder, worked great. Diatomaceous
Earth is the main ingredient of the powder, had i known of this first, i wouldve kept some furniture, i sprayed my new mattresses, then put encasements on them, the price of this product cant be beat but you must be persistent, thats the key. These bugs are relentless!! We have noticed a big difference, im no longer sleep deprived. Always keep extra product in the home.

Bought this product and been using it for two weeks on a mild infestation, seemed to be working on and off, but finally caught several live bed bugs and sprayed the product directly on them, seemed to kill them, they quit moving, but observed for a few minutes and the bugs got up and walked away a few minutes later. My opinion! Doesn't work. went on EPA website, no info on it. EPA recomends permethrin 6% or higher. The ingredient in this product Deltamethrin is only 0.03%. Dont waste ur money!

Deltamethrin is a synthetic pyrethroid. Bed Bugs are known to be resistant to this class of chemical. Remember to heat treat all clothing via dryer, and wash all clutter and vacuum entire home. Laurie Jo Jensen BCE [...]
