I bought this for my sister as a gift--I make it a tradition to give her different Harry Potter animal plushies. However, this one turned out decidedly weird--Fawkes more greatly resembled a rooster with an overgrown tail rather than a phoenix. It didn't turn out to be as cute as the picture might suggest. Still, the plush was amusing enough to be a worthwhile gift.

My grandson loves the pheonix and we are adding it to his out fit for Harry Potter night ( an annual event ) We put some elastic on it so he can carry it on his arm. A perfect purchase for us.

Bought this for my sister(11), she really enjoys it. As someone who's read all the Harry Potter books and has seen all the movies I think that this portrays the HP Phoenix. Good buy for an HP enthusiast.
