It's about time. A fun Harry Potter Game. What you have heard is true. This is an action Harry Potter game. I love it. It will keep the attention of anyone who has not been a fan in the past. This is because this is an action game where as the other potter games have been a hunt for and talk to collect-a-thon. Is there talking this time? Yes, but only while you are fihghting. In fact, you do not have to read anything if you do not want to. Excellent audio samples and voice acting. The game is fast, fun and creative. You will casts numerous spells. A big complaint has been that you don't pick your spells, you just always press the same button and perform whatever spell fits the situation. BUt I like it. It would slow down the action if you had to go through some menu, and it would limit the spells if they were limited to the number of buttons.
Bottom line: Great action game. If you remotely like the series, you will finaly love the game.

The best Harry Potter game to date!!!!!!!,
A Kid's Review
= Fun:5.0 out of 5 stars
This review is from: Harry Potter: Goblet of Fire (Video Game)
I had been waiting 4 months for this game to come out, and it was worth the wait! This game is incredible! The graphics are some of the best on the PSP, The controls are very easy to get use to, and the game-play is just plain fun. The levels are sometimes a little hard, but when you die you just come back to life agian whithout having to restart the level. The levels span from collecting glowing magic shields to out-flying dragons. Over all I think this is the best Harry Potter game to date!

A little disappointed,
= Fun:4.0 out of 5 stars
This review is from: Harry Potter: Goblet of Fire (Video Game)
As a devoted Harry Potter fan, I chose this game as my first for the PSP. First, let me say that the graphics are awesome. You can choose to be Harry, Ron or Hermione. The game also follows the movie, as far as the tri-wizard tasks and all. The problem is, there seem to be a few glitches with the game.
First off, the controls are unresponsive at least 50% of the time. This will cause you to cast spells to the left, while something is attacking you from the right. Or, you may get stuck in the corner and be unable to get out for about 30 seconds until the game begins to respond to the controls. This is something EA could easily have prevented. Secondly, you have to go into the same levels over and over and over again. You have to run around looking for tri-wizard shields. You must return to the same level again and again to retrieve the shields. This game is okay, but it's disappointing, because it could have been amazing. 4 out of 5 stars, for the effort. 2115|R1ANSO4Z3D9R5W;2115|RE1DCBNM0M1R7;2115|R3862US53174LE;
