Great idea, but very poorly made. I actually had to go get my sewing scissors to (painstakingly) trim along the edges because it wasn't even straight. That would be ok if it cost less than $5 but this is overpriced.

I was disappointed with this product. Although the quality of the felt is ok, I suppose I was expecting something more substantial and "real" looking. The printing is fair to average. I was far more impressed witht the Platform 9 3/4 sign that is made of wood and looks a lot more authentic.

The first time I wrote a review on Amazon this is what I wrote: "This banner was opened and the rod was shoved into a box to mail that was too small for it. Subsequently, the rod is permanently bent. We ended up buying a dowel to try and make it work. If you ship many of these, please find a box big enough to accommodate your product."
The Price Pros contacted me and encouraged me to remove my poor review by agreeing to send me another banner using a different shipping agency. It came. This is what I wrote the company, "Your replacement banner came yesterday. Unbelievably, this time it was shipped in a flimsy bag with NO ROD at all. (The package was opened, the rod removed? and shipped). So, I am in a quandary as to how to hang this piece of imprinted felt and black string...not a banner than but a flag? Guess I will be buying yet another wooden dowel to hang this one too.
I KNOW this could be shipped in two boxes because other Harry Potter memorabilia that we ordered for the daughter's party came this way.

Is this so hard to ship, seriously?!

We got this for our son's wall instead of a poster and it looks very good in his room. The cord to hang it is actually a shoe lace (or a cord made just like a shoe lace) and you have to tie it on. Our son likes it a lot in his room, which is all that matters.

The felt was ripped at the middle of the bottom and there was a missing stopper at the end of the rod.

I don't mind the shoe string and think it looks pretty nice in quality and looks. The cut of the fabric was ok but the emblem is not of collector's quality. It is great for children. The animals for each house looks like something you'd see in a children's book- far from looking realistic. Normally though I like to buy items from NECA because of their quality, and price. Their house flags are of very good quality. I do try other vendors but I try to be careful of how much I order from them since I don't know their work.

My daughter loves it! The cloth is nice, I was disappointed that the string to hang it from the wall was nothing less then a shoelace. But I'm happy with the purchase, and it looks great on the wall.

We bought this for my son for Christmas. He's a big Harry Potter fan and absolutely loved it. This is a great decoration for all Harry Potter fans.

My daughter is crazy for Harry Potter anything right now, and this was a great surprise! She was very excited!

banner came ripped and broken. completely unable to hang at all. :(
If I had time to send it back and get another one before xmas i would. for the price, the tears and rips might be overlooked, but it is missing the little plastic stopper at the end of the pole so the string won't stay in...leaves it completely UN-HANG-ABLE.
Very sad and disappointed. Will NEVER buy from this seller again.
