Review
'This is a delightful story, funny, irreverent and dashing' - Scotland on Sunday
Harry and his "wrinklies" give the terms elderly and senior citizen a whole new meaning. When Harry is orphaned, he is sent to live with two spinster aunts. With them he finds his life has never been so exciting and thrilling. The wrinklies ride a motorcycle, climb trees, pick locks, and make plans that baffle him. Narrator Mangan is splendid in his creation of Harry, his friends, a whole range of wrinklies, and their Robin Hood lifestyle. He also projects the great warmth that Harry experiences as he finds a new family. Mysteries and surprises abound as Harry and the elderly troop take on anything and everything. Adults will also enjoy this humorous take on ageism and stereotypes. S.G.B. © AudioFile 2004, Portland, Maine--
