Returned this item as soon as received. It appeared to be a return. It was scuffed up and the box it came in looked like it had been stored on a shelf somewhere for a couple of years -- faded and worn.

This was definitely not up to Hartmann standards, in any shape or form. Instead, it looked like a cheap Hartmann knockoff.

Definitely don't go for this one.

I had (and have) an earlier version of this prodyct. Each year, I call Hartman in the fall, and new pages arrive at the end of the year. This time, though I called and placed the order in Sept-Oct, by February the replacement pages for 2009 had not arrived. The phone rep told me that there was some problem with the company that printed the pages. By April, I had more or less given up on the pages from Hartman, so, when I saw this item advertised, I figured I'd get a new book and certainly get the pages. A day after my order, Luggage World called to say that they were out of stock of the item I ordered, but did have an almost identical item. (It's so close that I doubt I would have noticed the difference.) I told them to go with the second item, and the next day I had it. The person I talked with seemed genuinely concerned, and was very helpful. I would recommend this company - Luggage Planet - in general. Two days after I got the binder, the Hartman pages arrived. What can I say?
