If you like Japanese cooking and would like to try to make it at home, this is the best introduction.
The ingredient notes and glossary are also very helpful, since some ingredients are not easy to find unless you have an Asian grocery store close.
I first checked Harumi's book out at the library and after using (and loving) five recipes in two weeks, I just had to buy this book.
