An easy-to-read and easy-to-understand book on performance management for those who are new to the subject. This is a very nice book for those who do not have a formal education in the subject and who wish to work towards improving the performance of their team.

I highly recommend it for all managers!

I ordered 5 books including this one, and all of them are so very shallow, low level and boring.
Some of the chapters were actually copied in several books! Unbelivable.
I would probably recommend this series to school children interested in management - nothing more than that.
