I will update this post with how the company handles the issues... But I chose this item because of poor reviews of other products and I wanted something that would last.... I bought it for a Christmas present for my 3 sons - age 10,8 and 5.

1. The product arrived with a smashed rim. The company has agreed to replace, but I don't think I talked them in to overnighting so that the kids can have it for Christmas (in 7 days).

2. So I put it together with what I could, and due to the size, had to give it to them as an early gift. The other rim broke within about 2 hours of normal use. It's Saturday so I haven't yet notified the company.

Being that the other two reviews on amazon have to do with busted rims, I am sure the company is aware that the rims are defective and am hopefull for a redesigned/sturdy replacement.

By the way, the kids loved it for those 2 hours!

I BOUGHT THIS PRODUCT, DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!!! 2 FIVE YEAR OLDS WERE SHOOTING AND BOTH RIMS BROKEN OFF WITH NORMAL KIDS PLAY THE FIRST DAY I GOT IT!!!!!!! NO RETURN OPTIONS! NO REPLACMENT PARTS! NO ONE TO CALL! NO E-MAIL RESPONSE! I JUST SPENT $100 GETTING A WELDER TO MAKE NEW RIMS!!!!!

I purchased this goal for my 3 young boys. One of the rims broke the second day of use. Customer service was great in sending a new rim out, but now the other rim has broken. Very cheap metal rims. I am considering returning the whole product. It is fun while it lasts. Hope I have better luck with the replacement rims.
