Features photos of Tommy's Lunch and the racetrack! Shades of things to come,,

This contains the early work of the genius George Meyer before "Army Man" and his timeless work on "The Simpsons." Excellent in every way, and the photo of George Meyer working the counter at Tommy's Lunch (next door to the Lampoon Castle) is a classic frozen moment in time.

I first read this book 20 years ago and loved it then. it's as funny, if not funnier now. The template for the 5 page paper is a classic that every seventh grader should memorize.
Love this book.

A late-70's classic...,

Just happened upon my old copy -- about 27 years later. If reading it for the first time nowadays, it may seem a bit dated, but in the late 70's and early 80's those of us who loved this book really felt we "got it" - and it's brand of college humor was just right. It made us feel instantly witty. The students who wrote it must have had a ball.
