About the Author

Jan Duffy is Vice President, Specialty Practices, with LGS Group Inc., one of Canada's leading management and information technology consulting firms. Jan is a senior business improvement professional with a special interest in designing total systems -- people, processes, and technology -- to support knowledge work and knowledge workers. Managing and exploiting business informaiton ad knowledge and designing supportive business processes and technology systems as well as complementary organizational environments are within her sphere of experience and focus.

Prior to joining LGS, Jan was the President of Duffy Consulting Group Inc., an independent management consulting firm and a partner with an international professional services firm.
