I have never been able to do any other exercise videos before.After bouncing around for ten minutes all out of sync with the instructors I would just give up.Having very little coordination and balance I always found videos to be to hard to follow.I love this video.With each exercise lasting 30 seconds with a march in between it was a snap to follow and they exercises themselves were easy to catch on to.This video will definitely make you sweat.Great video for those of us who have never been able to do them before.

I have been working out to the Celebrity Fit Club Boot Camp Workout for 2 years now and love it - but I was looking for a little variety. I love Harvey, but this workout is not as challenging or fun! There is little humor or bantering with the people in the workout. It's good for a change but I would recommend the Celebrity workout for a better workout that is more fun.

I like this workout. It will remind you of Debbie sieber's slim series workout, but this is better. It is 100 percent military style. It has some boxing moves, power marches that I have never seen before, and Harvey in that authoritive voice and attitude motivating you from beginning to end. This workout is for someone that want a good workout. No additives, but much preservatives, I promise you if you try this you will like it, only if you aren't about hype, but results!!!!!!
