I have a Red Factor canary & will only feed Dr. Harvey seed & supplement to him. Since feeding these products to my canary his color is more vibrant, he is naturally turning red without color feeding or chemicals & his energy level is up. To me this little red canary is precious & instead of spending money at pet stores for foods that are "high quality" made in plants where other chemicals are added into them or they become tainted with poisons I chose to buy only Dr. Harvey's Canary Food.
This is a wise investment to make & really it does help bring out the natural colors in my Red Factor so I can imagine it would work for everyone else to.
