My family and friends have had a great time playing this game.

The human mind is a funny thing, it's hillarious seeing the word association to get the answer!
David
Took a little bit to get the play going but once we did we really like it a lot.

This game was much more fun than we'd anticiated! We broke a couple of the official rules, and everyone was able to be included. The timer function is good for the older players, but you can skip that portion of the rules when playing with younger kids where guessing is harder. And when we let my 4 year old play, she was only a guesser (not a clue giver.)

You DO need a large table to play this on - it's a space hog. We happen to have one, but imagine it would be quite difficult with a typical 36x36 table... keep that in mind.

My family and friends have had a great time playing this game. Only one problem, we have been through all the cards twice and need some new card choices.

This game is fun to play. Its not the worst game I've ever played and not the best, but it is fun! It can be hard at times to guess the answer so Im not sure if younger teens or children would be able to play (for ages 12+) and still have fun. You will need alot of room to play Funglish because of the 120 descriptive tile words that need to be laid out. Its a simple game and nice to play on a night when theres nothing else to do. The game forces you to think and act creativly.

Set up was time consuming, and lost some attention, but once it got going it was lots of fun.

***I've played this game several times now. It's become a favorite

We are a game family and I was very excited to buy this game and play it with my family. I was however very dissapointed...it was not an easy game to play. The concept is wonderful and the game it's self is not difficult but the process of pulling clues out an oraginizing the clues is a process in it's self.Unfortunatly this is not a favorite of ours or even a game we may pull out anytime soon.

We just purchased this game and it is loads of fun. You have clues to describe the object, person, place, etc listed on the card. Something as easy as "toast" is hard to describe. You can use categories: Definately, Sort of and Not Definately.

A group of 8 or so played this (age group upper 20's) game and it was a blast. The learning curve was very low and we played it for 2 hours straight. We played boy's versus girls and after a few rounds the guys ended up 2 points ahead.

Pros:
-Easy game setup.
-Very clear instructions on one piece of paper (front / back).
-Plenty of time to scan the cards without feeling pressured 24/7.

Cons:
-The timer is hard to see when the sand runs out so you have to look at the timer at eye level.
-The categories were difficult to figure in the first few turns

Overall, GREAT game! Buy it.
