My family loves Trivial Pursuit so I bought this version to try. The questions are great for the most part and directions are simple. My only complaint is there aren't near enough question cards. We played this 2 times and by then we had to skip over so many because we had been through them already. I only paid $12 for it though and got free shipping so the price wasn't bad at all.

I was hesitant at first to purchase this version of Trivial Persuit, mainly because of all the bad reviews it got. But I love the game and it just looked too good so I bought it. And, I was right. It is the classic board game, only with more variety in the questions! Many complain it is too complicated, but the rules are exactly the same, and they give you exact category listings, so you can't be confused.

The best thing about this version is that you roll to determine the number of spaces to move and also to determine what category this question will come from. Good game, recent questions.

This isn't a game for anyone who liked the original Trivial Pursuit, who likes to read (there are no literature categories), or who hasn't spent the last 30 years in front of the television.

I'm a pretty intelligent person-and an 80's nut job... But this game still had questions that none of us could answer. What fun is that? Not the trivia game I had hoped it would be...

I should have just bought the normal Pop Culture edition of this, as that is the best set of the three. I thought this was designed to combine the 3 different Trivial Pursuit games into one, but it's just 3 games with less cards in each than the full editions. You could come up with your own way of combining them, but it doesn't work as well as you'd think. And if you do play as intended, just choosing one of them at a time, then there aren't really enough cards for you not to memorize them all after just a few games. I'd suggest just buying whichever one of these three sets you love the most rather than this combo.
