I love these cute little things!! I was in target buying my daughter the idog with the purse [...] when I found them. My two year old son was with me and kept wanting to play with the idog I was buying. I just grabbed one of the minis and let him play with that while I was choosing colors. Not only did it preoccupy him, he went totally bonkers over it! It distracted him for another hour while we were in the store. I just had to buy it. It has been almost a week now and he STILL hasnt gotten tired of it. For a 2 year old, thats really saying something. He loves the lights and the different songs. I got him the hip hop one and am getting the rock one for him for Christmas. Also, he has dropped it down the stairs a few times and it hold up VERY well, no breaks!
Would DEFINATELY recommend!!

I was disappointed in this product but I guess I am mostly to blame. I was under the impession that it was like the I-Fish and would connect to an I-pod and move with music. It does not. It has nothing at all to do with an I-pod. The name and packaging are very misleading. After spending some time trying to connect it, I did find in very small print on the packaging that it does not connect to an I-pod.

Idog, not what we expected.,

Idogs are cute but not what we expected them to be. We bought two of what seemed to be something so very hard to come by this past Christmas. Our kids felt "so so" about them. I think the advertisers just built them up to much. Over all they are cute and do light up well with music.
