Transformers Movie Beatmix Bumblebee

After knowing what the TMX Elmo can do for $40, I figured this Beatmix would be pretty sweet. I doesnt move its feet or its arms, just twists its waist a little, bops its head, and lifts the doors. Also, I tried playing several songs with different beats (techno, rock, rap, country, etc) and I can't see the difference in dances.

There is no cooler speaker for an iPod out there that I have seen. Sure, there are better sounding speakers, but this does sound very good....and there's nothing out there that comes to life like my new favorite Transformers hero - Bumblebee! His eyes glow really brightly, and his wings flutter to the beat of my music....way cool!

I wasn't sure what to expect when I got him, but he is so cute! I will admit he was ridiculously difficult to get out of his packaging, and his movements can be heard over his music (this could just be my mp3 player not being loud enough- but it seems like I would have to blast it to cover his twitching) but overall he's really adorable. He can hear music in the room if you have him on, and he can dance to that too. He also randomly records and he will play it back. Go ahead and get it. You know you want to.

This transformer player is so much fun! Not only can you hook it up to your MP3 player, we also hook it up to our computer to listen to music through. Highly recomend to transformer fans out there.

We bought this for our 3 year old son. He LOVES IT! He carries it everywhere with him. My husband and I enjoy watching Bumblebee dance. This makes a GREAT Christmas present for an adult or child. I like that my son can carry him around and bumblebee still dances when he hears the music playing. Or you can connect it to an i-pod,or cd player and listen to the music on his speaker. WELL WORTH THE MONEY!

This speaker is awesome. The volume is great, and the quality of the sound is better than the trendy little icats and things they have out now. I had one and returned it, for instance... But Bumblebee is mine! You can pose his arms and he lights up in all sorts of pretty colors and sways, nodding his head to the music. He dances better than me. I like this the most because while I don't have access to a plug for my stereo, which can be a speaker as well, Bumblebee fits on my desk while I do work or on the kitchen table while I wash dishes and keeps me amused. I thought about buying another one just for the heck of it...

I think that this product is a "must have" for any Transformers fan and you don't have to be a kid or teen to enjoy it! I'm in my early thirties and believe me, as soon as I turned my Beatmix Bumblebee on I felt like a kid again!, and as a matter of fact, I bought two of these, one for myself and the other one for my three year old boy. Needless to say, he loved it too. However, if you are buying this for your little one I would recommend that you supervise while he/she plays with it because it may not be toddler friendly...
The only cons I found however, are the speakers... or I should say speaker, because there's only one and a little weak... I had to put my MP3 volume all the way up to be able to hear it loud. Other than that, everything is pretty cool. Bumblebee dances along with the music and flashes lots of lights with a few sound effects too... We totally love it!

I purchased this item actually last xmas for a friend because her favorite character from the movie is Bumble-Bee. Mind you this friend is almost 40 and thoroughly ENJOYED seeing Bumble Bee dance to the music and move around.

The only downside was that the USB cord that comes with him is REALLLLLLY SHORT and kind of hard to attach to a port and still be able to have him move around freely. Other than that - she loved it!

My daughter is a HUGE fan of the Bumblebee character from the Transformers saga. This Bumblebee, when connected to an MP3 player acts as speakers and in addition to that, HE DANCES! It is very cute, even for an non=Transformer fan (mom) like me!

Bumble Bee is cute and this is a good way for kids who do not want to use headphones to hear their MP3 players. It is definitely a conversation piece.
