Furreal Friends Newborn Piglet

I love this toy 2nd one I bought this was given as a Christmas present to my 52 year old sister she loves it!

My 18mth old son loves this pig. It oinks, squats down, wags it's tail, and moves it's nose. It is covered w/soft fur, but is not soft enough like a stuffed animal for sleeping with. He still likes to carry it around and cuddle with it like a doll though. It would be even better if it made a couple more sounds or something.

My six year old daughter saw this piglet in the store and just had to have it. For 10 dollars it wasn't so bad, but it's not all that fun. It does make little pig noises, but as another reviewer stated, it's not soft and or cuddly at all, it's actually pretty hard and makes pretty loud mechanical noises when it moves. My daughter barely ever plays with it although she does keep it in her bed. If your child is a big fan of pigs, I'd say go ahead, but there are much better Furreal Friends out there. I think the newborn set in general is pretty boring, more like novelty items.

Bought this for my 4 year old who wanted "Wilbur" for Christmas. She was very excited about it and couldn't wait to get it out of the package. Within a few hours, she had ripped open a seam on the piglet's foot. Other than that, it seems to hold up pretty well.

Wish it was a little more interactive, but it's a cute toy.

My daughter hasn't really spent much time playing with this item. She pulls it out every once in awhile for short periods and then grows bored with it. It seems to be well made and is cute, but it is also very hard and not cuddly at all. Over all it is an okay item, I think it was overpriced for what it is, but most things are these days. If your child enjoys piglets you might get this for them, but if piglets are not a major draw I would look at something else.

This is the second Furreal Pig i have bought because the first one wouldn't work after about six months. My daughter did take this toy everywhere she went though because she loves pigs.So she was pretty rough on the thing. She also has the Furreal parrot and she doesn't play with that one as much. It's very cute and the noise it makes sounds just like a baby pig.
