5.0 out of 5 stars What if Speed Buggy went bad?
Like Scattorshot, another great little Scout figure for this series. Very poseable in robot mode. Simple transformation but a dramatic looking change. His Cyber Key feature changes his weapon, not himself, which seems to be a bit of a cop-out until you consider it's supposed to be a sniper rifle, and rifles are more accurate as their barrels get longer. I've read that...

1.0 out of 5 stars What were they thinking?
Okay, this is one of those toys where the designers were very, very high. What is going on with the color scheme? It's bad enough he's teal and forest green and purple, but as you transform him there's gold and yellow and some grey thrown in. He's got a lot of articulation, but with his design I guess they had to come up with a reason you'd want to buy him. His 'cyber...

I've read that Hardtop is an American exclusive figure. I don't know if this is true, but if it is, I recommend any international TransFans reading this to pick up Hardtop here.

Hardtop is a very cool ATV.he sports great detail, and excellent poseability.his weapon is a very nice sniper rifle, that when you insert his key,the barrel flips out a sniper barrel,I thought that was very cool.he is actually based on the GI-JOE vehicle, the A.W.E Striker.this guy is a must have for fans

hardtop is a cool little dude.for a guy that costs about 7 bucks, he is one of the must-have transformers.his cyber key power is cool because, when the sniper rifle is laid side to side with hardtop in vehicle mode, it is longer.

he is nicely articulate, and is easy to transform. his ariculation allows the owner to make up a bunch of different modes.

overall, i guess this fella is a must-have for transfans.

I like the way it poses. Small problems with the gun, it can't flip out the barrel when it is pointing straight forward, but I can forgive that.

Hardtop is a wonderful figure, and the first US exclusive in the Cybertron line. a little advance information, they'll be releasing a recolor of him called Swindle soon, and this will be his twin brother.

Not recommended for anyone other than completists and kitbashers.
